When a Stellar TEKS client needs a contract resource, our Account Managers partner with the client manager to gain a complete understanding of the need. The required skills, experience, cultural fit and personal attributes are all documented and communicated to our recruiting team. We consider our own following of loyal resources, while our recruiters look for skilled candidates in the marketplace. Our vetting process is comprehensive and deliberate. Our objective is much more than getting a placement. The goal is to create a long-term business relationship with our clients and candidates. The majority of our consultants on assignment at our clients are W2 employees of Stellar TEKS. Our account managers and recruiters maintain close contact with our consultants throughout the duration of the contract, ensuring they have everything they need to get the job done for you. Assignment continuity is a significant benefit to our clients.

Contract-To-Hire:

A contract-to-hire engagement is often viewed as ideal by both the client and the individual. It allows both parties time for evaluation before committing to a long term work relationship.  You work side-by-side with the candidate and make sure they bring the right skill sets and experience to your organization.

Direct Hire:

Stellar TEKS recruiters maintain pipelines of skilled candidates, some of whom are seeking permanent positions with our clients. When we receive a client request for recruiting assistance, we gather detailed requirements and preferences from the hiring manager. Our recruiters consider our existing database of candidates and the marketplace is searched for referrals, active job searchers and passive candidates. Our recruiters and technical interviewers vet candidates based on the client’s desired skills and background. Our interviewers offer their own insights on candidate evaluations for client consideration.
